DCH 35 RLS CTS Down

your DCh is released, is the T it rides on down? getting pri errors look at you loop in 60 dch in 96

stat (or stat x)
lcnt.. if that is not all 0's. rcnt

the d should restore in less then 60 seconds without any help. if your stat show red, layer one is down.. (copper) if it's yellow, your software is up but can not see the far end layer 7 (software-- application).. if it will not estblish then use a loopback plug to determine if it's the card are the provider.. pin's 1 and 2 need to loop back to pins 4 and 5,, (rj-21) on the db-15 1 and 3 loop back to 9 and 11.. either work the same.. it should green up, the d will estb then rls wronge mode.. your lcnt tables need to be rcnt prior to enll x in 60
