I just started with a new company, and they are experiencing call dropping in mid conversation. The counters in Ld 60 all clean for the T1s, however, I keep getting the following message below. Does anyone know how to interpet the message, because it appears the programming on D24 is hosed...

DCH: 24 MAINT INDICATION TIME: 9:49:12
COUNTER VALUE
14 207
16 255
30 1
31 1
35 7
42 126
51 1

this just an output of the msdl counters. you can invoke this in ld96 - PMES DCH x

automatically output when one of the counters overflows

It is almost a given that this message appears when a call is dropped in mid conversation... Any idea what the counters are monitoring for error types?

these are layer 3 call processing mesages, not intentionally related to fault conditions. if the pra having problems then I would rather expect to see pri xxx type messages

if your getting calls dropped on a pri it is getting bad in load 60 lcnt, those conuter should all =0 your post shows a normal condition and is not usually related to a dropped call or a problem
