Hi,

I have set up a DCFW on my option 11 which is working, (mostly)

The problem im having is some of the times the call isnt being forwarded, but goes to the switchboard of the switch, and i cant work out why. The calls are being forwarded to an external number, but when i have experienced the problem there has always been free lines.

This is the config

Any suggestions/ideas?

Cheers

Check CFF and CFO programming in the customer data block.. I think it is under NET DATA.

These prompts tell the switch to use the ncos of the phone called on forwards or the ncos of the originating phone or trunk.

You said some of the calls? Are all of the calls incoming and are the trunks pri? Do the calls come in then back out on the same trunk route?

how about fttu in cls and the ncos 0 raised to make the international transfer

Hello AC427,

i had a similar issue, you should look for your flexible missoperation timer in the netdata block, default is 14,
i set it to 0 and the problems where gone, looks like you have the same issue.

AC427,
I.ve had these problems also and coulnt find it also. In steat of an Phantom i programmed an Dummy ACD and that worked fine,

Chris

Cheers guys,

As mentioned by ChrisJGB an ACD instead of a phantom 500 set worked a treat. Multiple calls now forward instead of just one at a time.

Thx again ChrisJGB
