DCED problem

hie guys
i want some help urgently
i have been trying to start cics and im getting this error


Cannot start DCED, port 135 is already in use. Waiting up to 5 minutes for
port 135 to clear.


does anyone have any idea hoe to solve this , please guys do helpme. im banking on you to help me on this one.any suggestions are welcome

Try using "netstat -a" to determine what is using port 135. Then kill it or perhaps give DCE a different port.
