I am replacing an ISDX with an IP office it has a inter PABX link that needs support but it is DC5A or E&M (not sure if its 2 or 4 wire). I am pretty sure there is no support for this trunk type in IPO but has anyone any experience of using signalling converters to support this kind of link with IPO? Any recommendations for UK would be appreciated.
