DC upgrade to 2003 w\TS License server

I have the original DC in a windows 2000 domain running DNS, WINS, DHCP, all FSMO roles, GC, and Terminal Server License server for a Windows 2000 terminal server. If I run winnt32 to upgrade this domain controller to a Windows 2003 domain controller, how will this effect my Terminal Server Licensing server?

I have already ran adprep, and added 1 Windows 2003 domain controller. It is my understanding that everything will upgrade, but I have not found anything on the TS License server. Does anyone have any information regarding this?
