DC Time Sync

Should i setup time sync with an outside source on all domain controllers or just the PDC?

There are no PDCs or BDCs in Windows 2000/2003 (and even 2008) Active Directories

Actually there IS a PDC-emulator in AD's.

Emulator is what i meant.

Open UDP port 123 on your firewall. Set just the emulator to sync to an outside location. All other PCs in the domain should sync to the emulator at login.
