DC Directory - Quick Question 1

I need to export the user fast dials and personal address book from DC directory.

What is the default username and password that will enable me to do this. I can log into the DC export OK using my Administrator Username and password but when I go to do the export it tells me I have supplied invalid credentials

Any suggestions?

Try using a tool like Softera LDAP administrator to do this. this tool let's you view the actual data in teh DC Dir.
