I was setting up a LBP22 lim with a DC-DC ROF 137 6303/1 power board, as soon as i turned teh system on i smlet something burning and smoke came out of the DC board, took it out, rechecked my 48 volts input into the DC-DC board, and it was fine, replaced the DC-DC board with another one, and had teh same excat problem, since my power is fine, and DC-DC was fine, am guessing the problem is in my magazine!!!!help.

Sounds like polarity problem-ensure the plug into DC is not around the wrong way as this is possible to do without pushing too hard.(i did this myself and it results in lots of smoke!!)Check visually that the raised ridges line up with cutout in DC card.Plug should slid in easily.Otherwise is black definitely connected to -ve 48V ?
