I recently bought a number of Dialog 3213 (very cheap).
Now some of my users would like to connect headsets.
I asked my provider for the price of the option unit; they told me that DBY 410 02 could no longer be bought but according to this link it is ready for shipping in 4 workdays:

Who am I to believe ??

I suppose I can't deal direct with Ericsson since I'm an end user (administrator).

why to use optionunit? Remove Handset, install Headset. Normally nobody needs both...

Because I (and my users) would the option to switch between headset/handset (office-environment).
I´ve tried your suggestion, but our current headsets does not work that way.
Still I would like to know if it is possible to buy the option unit.

Of course I meant:
Because I (and my users) would like the option.....

(sorry but english isn´t my primary language)

Jakob 314,

Try looking for "Switchbox for dialog headset 200"
product no is RLF 321 201/1....

Probably its available in the market...

BR,

Well it turned out that my provider did have the unit in stock afterall!! (They just had to look a little bit harder)
Thank you all for your ideas/replies.
