Hi,

I wonder if i'm at the right place.
We monitor our Oracle databases with ITO.
When ever a database is not UP, and the listener too, we receive a "INSTANCE NAME":COLA severity with no message.
Do someone know witch rule is called so i can change the message ?

Thanks.

Ben

Hi Ben,

Yep - you're in the right place I guess.

I'm not familiar with the exact message you mention but I would start by examining the message - the Template/Profile that the message came from should be listed there.

Or did I completely misunderstand your question?

Mike
