DBSEE code page

Is there anybody who know how to change code page in
DBSEE 4.6 for clipper.
My DBSEE work with 437 USA code page but I want to use
852 code page for central Europe.
When I make option Font redefiniton=NO
I can write with fonts defined in Windows but no results on
Preview or Printer. Everything goes back. My fonts are
replaced with simbols.
