DBS576 HD Help

I'm working on DBS 576 HD system that has 3 DEC8 cards installed. There are currently 29 working extenions.

1. I need to add 5 more. Is that possible with the current 8 cards? The first 2 DEC/8 cards have a cable running from them to the MDF Interface card but the third doesnt?

2. If I need to move extensions to differnt locations can I just program the phones or do I physically have to move them on the 66 block?
