DBS with DASS2 o/g cli issue

I have a DBS that will not send o/g cli base number, even though all the relevant programming steps have been set. The DASS2 circuit is ddi only with no non ddi channels.
I have had the trend on the NTE and the base ddi is sent to line.
I am stuck, any thoughts ?
