DBS MUSIC ON HOLD

I have a DBS 96 port system that music plays fine as
BGM but will not work for MOH. I am their phone vendor on
another product so I know very little about the DBS.
MOH is going into a SSC (or SCC card can't remember).
This card (according to my contact)has just been replaced and still no MOH. Help!

look in the 96 manual for music on hold sound source
program accordingly I thought by default you got
canned moh but i may be wrong!

Somehow RTFM is not what I expected.
I did read the manual and there is no programming I can find for MOH. It should be plug and play. Is it possible we have another defective board or am I missing something?

I do not have the 96 book but I do have the
the pdf on the 576. right in systems options there is a way to select moh source so go back and rtfm again thats all I do when I help others out and it is possible that you have
a bad card but from the sound of it it is a programing issue

music on hold source plugs into the back plain of the cabinet and there is a volume control on the SCC card at the bottom (yellow screw) check the source then the volume
