Does anyone know what "Clear Code 012" means. This showed on the display of all the customers diplay phones. Then the system shut down. When it came back up (of it's own accord) they were getting I/C calls but know O/G. After about 5 mins they could dial out.
I told the cutomer it was a BT ISDN 30 error and that all should be ok. Was I correct or does it mean something more serious?????
