I have a DBS 576 system installed that seems to be having some strange problems.
1. Extension 4222 display shows 4230 at all times. Calls to 4222 go to the proper location. 4222 also hears both sides of conversations from 4205 and 4205 can hear 4222. This does not happen continuosly. The failures on this extension just began within the last two days.
2. Extension 4228 periodically looses call forwarding to voicemail. Reloading programming to that extension clears the problem for one day to one month. Voicemail is a Keyvoice unit.
Has anyone seen this type of thing before? This unit is in a healthcare facillity and a failure would shut them down. I am trying to be proactive, but I am not sure which board I should be looking at.
