DBS 44220 SPEAKERPHONE

HI GUYS,

THANKS FOR THE HELP AS ALWAYS. GOT A QUIRKY PROBLEM. NONE OF MY 44220 SPEAKERPHONES WILL WORK. THEY ARE COMPLETELY DEAD. THE NON SPEAKERPHONES WILL POWER UP JUST FINE. DO I HAVE TO HAVE A CERTAIN SOFTWARE REVISION?
I AM USING A DBS 72 WITH A CPCA11 PROCESSOR. I AM STUMPED.
ANY INPUT WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
