DBMGR.EXE on Arcserve 2000???

We have upgraded from Arcserve 6.6 to Arcserve 2000. Arcserve 6.6 had dbmgr.exe ... which I'll call a "data base manager interface" (for lack of a better word), but there doesn't seem to be anything in Arcserve 2000 that does the same. Does anyone have an alternative to it???
