DBM32 Locking Up

I know there have been so many posts over the years about these sidecars, but it seems like the issues with them never end. I have a lot of customer's who have never complained about them, but for some reason there are a good many that always have to unplug the phone for 15 seconds to get them to work again (every few weeks or so). The software release of the IPOs range from 7.0.32 - R9.0.2. Does anyone have a good explanation for this? Maybe it's environmental somehow?

do you have a different power supply for the side car? if not you need one

smokinjoe2938, what power supply model do you need ? Are you referring to the one needed for the 1400/1600 phone itself or one used to power the BM32 directly ? I haven't found such a power supply that will directly power up a BM32.

I believe it is a 1151 power supply

I was just informed that the power supply I mentioned is for the phone which will power up the 2 side car modules as well but for the 3rd module will need another type of power supply, still looking for the part number, (I wish this site had an edit feature)

That's what was told to me from a reliable source, he had to run an additional power source for the 3rd DBM32 module as the phone could not provide enough power for all 3 modules.
