DBImage And CorelDraw 8 Files (*.cd)

Hi really need some help im new to delphi and trying to learn my way round this new world.

I have a problem with the DBImage tool, i need to put CorelDraw8 (*.cdr) files insted of the Bmp or Jpeg and was wournding if you found anything that may help me
