Dbclean2.exe

Hi All,

I am using Arcserve 2000 WE. A backup job locked the other day and we had to manually delete it. Since then a process called dbclean2.exe is stopping arcserve backing up anything. When I try to manually stop the process it says accss denied. All the jobs fail. There is no log files recorded about the issues. How do I stop dbclean2.exe and what is it?

Stop all the ARcserve services and stop dbclean2.exe..

as for what it does...
