DBC4425 configured for BP250i R16 no TNS

Hi everybody,

i need some help regarding a dbc4425 at BP250i.
I tried several times to configure some TNS keys on my phone but after i logoff and relogon the TNS keys are gone.
Also it is not possible to configure TNS key through BMS.

System is R16, IP-Phone has different Firmware, i also tried DBC4425 V1 and V2.
Do i something wrong?
Some keys are configured through config file.
