Sorry but this is a BP250 question. Anyone know if the V2 dbc422 is compatible with an R13 system? If not, what version does the BP need to be at? Any advice much appreciated.

I would say that a customer system should not run IP phones in release 13.
Upgrade to R16/R17 for stability and functionality, and you can use the DBC 422 02 phones.
BTW in the help files of the BMS you will find compatibility lists on different terminal types.

Thanks for that. Does it have to be a minimum of R16 for the '02' version phones to work? We have a couple of them but they're configure for md110/MXone and we can't get them to 'upgrade ' with a bp250 txt file.

For a good working system, the answer would be yes.
When changing an IP phones from a MD110/MX-ONE system it's mandatory to change the system type specified in the config file, otherwise the phone wont log on to the IPU board.

I think we're going to have to upgrade! Thanks for your input.
