Hi, I want to ask, if is it possible to download firmware for dbc223 phones throught the internet ( or from somewhere) and upgrade the phones by myself?

Yes, you have to put the files inside NIU2's memory card via FTP and access NIU2 via telnet and give the commands to the system

You can also Xmodem the files through modem or direct connected v24. Plus use CNTLI command to load firmware
