Hi,

We have one customer which want to go from BP (reach full capacity) to MX-One TSW, actually he has lot of DBC199 sets at the site now, I have search the ALEX and see this kind of digital phone is compatible with TSW, but I kind find it in ITYPE parameter in KSEXI command. how can we define this phone with TSW?

dbc 199 should be supported.

try to use Itype 19

Hi

DBC199 is a POTS (plain ordinary telephon set) connected to ELMU28/ELU33, but declared as analog extension.
In the command EXTEI, the TYPE parameter should be set to EL8.
