DBC 5446 01 proxy configuration

Hi All,

I have 2 questions about the dbc 5446 phones

1) In proxy configuration I can set the IP and port, but I cannot configure the user name and password in order to have internet access. Any ideas?

2) After a lot of changes in configuration file and many IP telephone restarts in order to take the new changes, the IP phones cannot get the latest file. Is any number of restart limitation in order to get the config file?

Hi,

About point 2: if all phones can not get the latest file, you can check SW server is working properly or not. Disbale firewall also. I got it before.
