DBC 4422 IP OFFICE

HI All;
I have Ip telephone type dbc422 and i am trying to configure to do a confernece with the key 3,only i can do the conference with the key of the telephone
how can solve this problem?

try removing the ; from infront of the Conference=3 in the function key section. you will need to reboot the phone to take on the config change(c*mute). and try it again..

DrewMk2, you also uncomment the header. when the header is not enabled, the phone will receive a standard layout.

this should work. if you uncomment the header , you MUST define the transfer andd settings key.

I try to change this in the config.txt but don´t work, only work if i programm conference in one key of this telephone.
any ideas??

what do you mean by "only work if i programm conference in one key of this telephone".

The config.txt file sets the function keys.
the only programming options of keys from the PBX is TNS or MNS...

can I confirm that you are initiating the conf as follows:

A call to the first party is established on Line 1 key.
Press the Conference key, the Inquiry key or the Line 2 key.
Dial the second party"s extension number (inform about the conference).
Press the Conference key.
During the conference, conference tone will be heard.

I think he means the suffix 3 to initiate conference.

here you can put the correct value for conference suffix
