DBC 4225 Ringing problem.

Hi,

Has anybody come across a problem with a dialogue 4225 where the extn will not ring on internal calls but rings on external o.k.?
The phone has been replaced with an identical phone (f/w rev) etc... and works o.k.
Im wondering if the phone uses a seperate ringing circuit for external calls to internal?

Hi,

perhaps the user has changed the melody for internal calls.
It is possible to change the melody for Intenal & external calls individually.
