Recently we observed a problem with the DBC 3212 model. 6 instruments went out of order the same time.If we connect the power the display will not show anything,only the upper part of the display shows all the lines as if it is not getting initialised. The phone is not working at all.Is there a way to rseset(master reset)in the phones or any other method to bring this phones up??

This is a phone problem. I connected another phone at it works correctly. Also these were connected in different cards. In fact I tried with Ericsson Business phone exchange, the same thing. It dosn't work.
I have one more info to you. There was a power failure and the exchange was running in battery and the battery drained, and when the power came back the systen didnt started automatically,we started manually. After that these phones went wrong.

So 8 phones can go dead the same time which is connected to different cards. !!!!!Simply take it to a repair center waste your time and buy the new ones!!!!.That is Ericsson's technology and people are wasting time in sending them to repair center.Simple buy the new ones.I did it before your answer came. Yoo are too late.
