DBC 225 IN TSW SP4

HI,
Yesterday updated a customer from BC12 to TSW SP 4, and we discovered
that the telephone DBC 225 01 doesn´t work the Menu from the top of the
screen when you can see the Services, call list, calendar and messages.
In some telephons it works well, but when we disconnet the phone and connect
again the menu disappear.

the telephone is in ELU 28/ 3 with ROF1375334/3 R2A and the Revision
of the phone is

CAA1580026 R3S EXE
CAA1580027 R2C
CAA1580028 R2B
CAA1580029 R2B

Any idea?

You need a prom upgrade for the EL28 -- I believe the minimum rev is R3A.

correct, prom must be R1C revision (board HW revision will become R3x)

but the problem is that we have more than 30 Elu 28 in our system?
