I have database in dBASE format and i want to use this db from
php page level. (for example: SELECT * FROM "table.dbf")
Is this possible???

I believe the latest version of PHP does allow native access to dbase files.

Check the on-line manual and zend.com.

Thanks,

You can read a DBF formatted file but PHP doesn't have the ability to modify or add to the file. If you need these abilities, PERL and the XBase DBI module are your best bet.

There's always a better way. The fun is trying to find it!
