dbasde 5.5 reports

I am trying to reinstall Dbase 5.5. I have a number of customized reports
When I try running the report I get an error - Report Engine Error Missing
database DLL

When try to edit the report I get the following message - Error Report
writer has not bee installed

Any help would be appreciated
