I am using Windows 2000, Arcserve 2000 SP4, Exchange 2000 (SP2) and Arcserve DBAgent, Client Agent, SAN Option, Tape Library Option installed. We use a member server as the primary server for SAN backups via Arcserve and my Exchange Server is a distributed server. When I try to submit a job trying to backup the Information Store or Site Replication Service the 'Backup Agent RPC Server Service' on the Exchange Server stops and Arcserve Manager reports an error. I was using Arcserve SP3 and upgrade to SP4 to see if this would fix it but it didn't.
