Hi can anyone help,
I've seen a previous thread about this howveer it tells you to install SU4, but where can i obtain this from.
I have Call Server Rls 4.5
and OTM 2.20
I want to get DBA working to log CDR, as we need to monitor a specific extension. However i keep getting the "incorrect username and/or password" message.

Simon

If you changed the PDT2 password you need to set up in OTM the correct PDt password because it set to the default Nortel PDT pwd.
Have you tried this?

Sorry im not sure what PDT password is, or where to set them up in OTM

When you login to system if you do CTRL+PDT you're prompted for a password.
this is the pdt password that is used to retreive the dba file from the switch.
You are able to retreive the data from the switch or not?

Somin, what Eddie means is to login to PDT at the pbx, that is the only place that you can do that

cntl pdt, return, then enter the pwd at the pdt> prompt

Sorry im not sure what PDT password is, or where to set them up in OTM "

End o' Thread.

you dont set them up in OTM, they are on your pbx. What eddie is saying, the DBA login is the same as your PDT

yes. it's correct.
what i'm saying is that if the pabx pdt password has been changed by your installer maybe you have to change it also on otm to download the dba file from the switch.

There is a known issue with 4.5 - occasionally you cannot get the password promt

Work around is to enter "LOGI ADMIN1" or what ever it is in caps.

if your OTM is setup with admin1 or whatever as lower case - change to uppercase and try again.

Good morning Guys,
Ive tried all of this but it still doesnt seem to work, i can log into the switch fine using admin 1 etc, but when i try setting up OTM it just tells me incorrect login / password. I really need to get this up an running ASAP. Ive checked in LD117 and it says buffering is enabled, but the C drive is 100% Full! what should I do, im assuming it is because they DBA isnt working

You need to get your vendor in there, who changed your pdt password and get them to enter it into your OTM software.

Hope that helps.

If you can't / there may be a way to remove that date through the LD's, but I haven't done that.
