I can't seem to establish a connection. I have gone into the switch and performed the "hardening" to set the password for DBA FTP, however, when trying to setup the DBA connection on the RSI server, I cannot authenticate to the switch using the switch credentials? I have CDR and the SFTP check boxes selected in the DBA session configuration as well. Please advise, thank you.
