Does anyone know the Pinout for a DB9 Paddle Board to a straight common DB9?

I would like to plug my laptop directly into the port setup for load manager.

The cable I have is a straight thru DB9 to DB9 from the local computer shop, so I need to know how to change the pinout on one side. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks, MJ
