db2 TIME STAMP CONVERSION

HI GUYS ,
NEED HELP IN CONVERTING GMT TIME STAMP TO PST TIMESTAMP AND SUBTRACT 7 OR 8 HOURS FROM IT ACCORDING TO THE TIMEZONE VALUE FETCHED .(SORT CARD DB2 )
EG....(GMT)2018-01-10T15:00.05.216-06:00 TO (PST) 2018-01-10-15:00:05.210000
AND SUBTRACTING 7 HOURWS FROM PST TIMESTAMP.
