db2 odbc connect - error 1403

trying to connect to a UNIX db from windows.

db2 odbc is installed on PC, but user, that can connect from UNIX (db) server, cannot from PC (odbc)??

help?

error 1403 ....

i tried granting connect to the user, did not work
