Thanks a lot for your help

I am totally lost on this one. I created the SP that generates the see below data.

Now, I have to create the front-end for the user to come up with total broken down by EMPLOYER, COVERAGE with %.

Code:
empl membs coverage
UMASS DART FAMILY ENROLLED HIGH 7
UMASS DART SINGLE ENROLLED HIGH 7
UMASS DART FAMILY ENROLLED STANDARD 10
UMASS DART NOT ENROLLED NK 65
UMASS MEDICAL FAMILY ENROLLED HIGH 2
UMASS MEDICAL SINGLE ENROLLED HIGH 2
UMASS MEDICAL NOT ENROLLED NK 5
UMASS MEMORIAL FAMILY ENROLLED HIGH 2
UMASS MEMORIAL FAMILY ENROLLED STANDARD 5
UMASS MEMORIAL NOT ENROLLED NK 107
UNIT 7 SINGLE ENROLLED HIGH 19
UNIT 7 FAMILY ENROLLED HIGH 28
UNIT 7 FAMILY ENROLLED STANDARD 54
UNIT 7 NOT ENROLLED NK 273

Results:
Code:
UMASS MEDICAL	UMASS DART UMASS MEMORIAL UNIT 7 TOTAL STANDARD	PERCENT
	STANDARD	STANDARD	STANDARD	STANDARD
SINGLE 0	0	0	0	0	0.00
FAMILY 0	10	5	54	69	13.29
NK	5	65	107	273	450	86.71
SUB TOTAL	5	75	112	327	519
PERCENTAGE	0.96	14.45	21.58	63.01

Please any one let me know if the question is obscure!!!

I create a report & now have few issues left....
(1) (%)
(2) If there is no data how do I set-up a formula to display the column?

Any one please? [sadeyes]

In you results above, I noticed you sometimes exceed %100. What does the percent represent?

Thanks for taking your time, i am going crazy with this report.....
it's Sub_total * 100 / Total

Forgive me for being a little slow, but I still don't understand your results. What field are you using for your horizontal headings, and what field are you using for your veritical headings?

Thanks you for your time!

I posted multiple threads...going crazy with this report

Please refer to the thread 767-1113813

Thanks

From thread 767-1113813, it looks like you figured it out. Is that the case?

yes, thanks :) LB was a GREAT HELP!!!! [2thumbsup]
& of course once I gave it to the user...they've changed the specs completely
