DB2 and REXX on Z/os

Does anyone out there have any hints on how I can gets these two guys to work together. I'm on V7 DB2. I can get REXX without DB2 to work fine, but when I attempt to incorrporate DB2, I get a message saying that ...

I have attempted to add my DSNLOAD lib to my REXX, but I still get the same message.
