DB2 Abnormal Termination when using SPUFI with CS isolation

when using SPUFI with CS isolation to submit command to add new column in the table this thread go to inactive thread
and still until my user is logoff from TSO and this action
will cause to DB2 ABNORMAL Termination.
But when I use SPUFI with RR isolation evey thing is OK
I need for your help to determine what the problem why DB2
Abnormal Termination ?

I suspect your problem is your SPUFI has only been bound with CS. You need to have it bound for RR as well. I have worked at many shops where SPUFI has only been bound CS. Have a look at the following
