DB2 32bit to 64bit

What needs to be done to upgrade our DB2 7.2 database from 32Bit mode to 64Bit mode?

I am not sure if I need to install the base 7.1 in 64Bit mode and then install the FixPacks or if I can install a 64Bit fixpack that will update it.

The system is a database server, so no applications will need to be updated or re-compiled. I have the instructions on updating the OS to 64Bit mode.
