DB Grid or Flex grid??

in my form, I am creating a new empty table from an existing structure (in Access).  The user enters information for the table in text boxes, and what I would like to do is have a grid on the form that shows the information entered into the new table - and the user needs to be able to go back or forward to alter this information.  As this table is not created until just before this form is run, I cannot use the data environment (I don't think).  Any ideas which type of control I should use?  I did try both, but can't seem to get either working.
