DB connection maintains after log off in Web Reporting v8

Using Crystal v8 Web Reporting with SQL Server 7, regularly exceeding concurrent user licences even after user closes down Internet. Sometimes the database records that up to 14 connections even though only 3 logged on. The Server is not dropping the connection after log out.

Can anyone help...please

Connections stay "live" for 20 mins after last activity.
I've been told that can be changed with a patch. Editor and Publisher of Crystal Clear
