DB agent error - (125) license has been terminated 1

Are you getting messages in the event log relating to licensing of the agent? If the license has expired then the agent will not function as normal.

I am getting it under client agents when I drill down under lotus notes server... its a pop up message
DBagent error -(125)\""licence has been terminated\""

Computer associates licensing 3qhx license failure..please run appropriate license program to properly license your product...
 
Yup - that's the problem. Give their licensing people a bell to sort it out. Without a license the agent will just refuse to start. Alternativly, run the licensing utility (or go to help/about and choose "license" if using Brightstor) and enter your license info.
 
got the solution....

I copied the ca.olf file from another server and stuck it in C:\ca_lif...

seems to do the trick...
