Daywise Hourly report

Hello All,

I need to created a report by each hour of the day for each day of the week (starting Monday). The hours will be the Page header and I need to calculate something by each day of the week.

Is it possible to get the hour, day of the week from data somehow? If anybody has done anything like this please let me know.

You can get day of week and hour as calculated columns right in the report SQL. The syntax depends on the DB though. For example, for Oracle
TO_CHAR(date_field,'DAY')
TO_CHAR(date_field,'HH24')
