Daytimer Portable size report

Am writing a report to be printed on DayTimer Portable size pages. Each page is 8 1/2" X 11" but with two DayTimer pages at the top of the page. Each DayTimer page is 3 3/4" by 6 3/4" in size. I assume that I should use a cross-tab report but how should I treat the 2 pages on each page. I'm curious about how to set it up in order that it will print correctly when I flip the pages over.
