Daytime Phone Tree - My Dream

Hi, Looking for the best way to set up a daytime phone tree to eliminate some of the work on the receptionist. Using Nortel and Meridian Callpilot, my first thought was to use the night menu and set it up with Application Builder. The only problem is to have a "0" option to reach the operator. If the console is in Night Menu, it just loops back. Anyone have any experience with this or any thoughts? Thanks as always!
