I have placed the ports for the voicemail in calling group 1133 and everyone can get their voicemail and all looks well.

I have placed the lines to go to the auto attendant in calling group 771. 771 is set to ring for 20 seconds and then the overflow is set to go to extension 1133.

You call the number, it rings 4 times, and then says "Transferring your call to the operator". It rings at the operator station, it shows what line it is calling in from and it also tells me that it is a call coming from one of the voicemail ports.
It seems to be reaching the voicemail, but not getting to the auto attendant.

What step am I missing?

Set up a voicemail box(771) in the voicemail that is an auto attendant? Is this correct?

Yup.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

Somehow idiot just doesn't quite fit the bill....
Thanks all.
